A fixed value is agreed upon, which, in the case of an insurable incident, shall be divided equally among the entitled passengers. At Pantaenius this coverage not only applies in the case of accidents occurring on board, but also in the case of accidents occurring, for example, during launching and docking, in connection with the use of the tender/dinghy, in the process of stepping and unstepping the mast or during the annual winter storage work.
Marine legal cover
It provides legal cover in the area of criminal law as well as for the legal aspects of indemnification and driving licenses. Upon request, legal protection for contract law is also available, which may, for example, be necessary for charter arrangements.
International Healthcare Plan For Longterm-Sailors
As specialist in yacht insurance, Pantaenius offers a complete medical insurance at a very favourable low premium. The scope of cover is worldwide and provides basic medical treatment in case of illness and/or accident abroad. The annual premium per person amounts to EUR 1.100,- p.a. and for children up to 18 year of age EUR 550,- p.a. The persons to be insured should not be older than 65 years.
